In Grand Forks people want to “cull” these beautiful creatures…I built a fence to protect my garden …and really enjoy their presence found out they are not indigenous though…Urban Deer
Janna, White-tailed Deer in Grand Forks may be a bit like the Canada Goose around lakes: a couple flying by is beautiful; a hundred pooping on your front lawn is distressing.
I love to see deer when I am out in the wild; when they are out in the meadow as I drive by; and on my plate beside mashed potatoes, peas and carrots and a good helping of mashed rutabagas.
