In two sunny days, I saw a couple of birds: one black and white, the other blue and white.
The magpie was gathering sticks for its nest.

The mountain bluebird was at Kokanee Park searching for grubs to eat.

Wow, have never see a magpie in this ecosystem!!!
Irina, they are found in the Sunshine Bay Regional Park at the Harrop Portion. Go down Eirindale Road after crossing the ferry at Harrop to get to it and turn down the dirt road just before the Sunshine Bay Riding Club. Park at the end of that road and walk east along the path.
Lovely!
